A special shout out to the Great Lakes Region winner Abe Conlon of Fat Rice! A great and fun restaurant in Chicago’s Logan Square. Abe began his career 24 years ago at COBBLESTONES as a quiet but focused and determined 16 year old.
Abe returned home last year to cook for us and you, and peddle his awesome cook book. Wise Abe credits the “..army behind me.”
