On Saturday night we arrived at Cobblestones around 6 pm for dinner, we were in between events at the Tsongas Arena and we needed to be back for the UMass Lowell hockey game at 7pm. Our party of 7 were told that it would be at least 1/2 hour wait for a table. Since we didn’t have that much time to wait, we asked the hostess if she knew of any other restaurant in the area that we could get burgers. She made a few phone calls to local establishments and they too were very crowded and could not accommodate us in such a short time frame. She went out back and then came back and said she could sit us in the private dinning area right behind the hostess desk. We were extremely pleased and thankful. Our waitress took our drink and food orders right away and the food was out on our table within 15 minutes. The waitress was very attentive and automatically had fresh refills of soda for the kids. She was very pleasant. Everything was hot, fresh and very tasty.
Just wanted to let you know that your staff tonight was outstanding and catered to our needs. We are extremely happy customers and will share our story. Great service, great staff, great atmosphere and great food. Well done Cobblestones.
