Hopefully those of you who visit will be entertained as well as, dare I say it, educated about the day to day life in the restaurant world. No topic will be taboo as I will be posting about food, drinks, my restaurants, restaurants I’ve been to, restaurant critiques, restaurant critics, and anything else that may make its way up from the recesses of my mind.
