Despite the constant “good” pain of healing, the interrupted sleep, the home-confinement for two weeks, and the loss of “driving privileges” for just a “minute” longer, I am still tingly-excited-happy.

And though, I would not argue that they work…the true kid-like giddy feeling I am enjoying–which could not be the impending arrival of Santa Claus, still months away…is actually directly related to this;
Folk Festival is now only “two weeks and three days away”, as my eldest daughter texted me last night, with double exclamation marks!
