At our recent staff holiday party, it was fun watching the staff from Cobblestones interact with staff from moonstones.  Though many of the ‘party people’ tend to know each other from being out and about, many of the 80+ have never met.  I got a kick out of one of Cobblestones many, many very good looking staff members compliment of moonstones executive Chef Ashley upon being introduced; “You’re really the chef?  You are the hottest chef I have ever seen.”

This week, a new dishwasher reminded Cobblestones chef that (30) days had passed.  Apparently, after being hired he asked the chef to teach him more culinary skills–he wanted to become a chef himself.  Chef’s response- “If you keep your pants pulled up for a month, we’ll get started.”
