Stones Training model, #, what?

The water glass

We continually try to teach, the tope reasons why the water glass should be full.  At all times.  Full.  We see a half glass, as half empty.  It’s easy to keep water in the glass.  It is NOT easy to keep the glass full.  We believe however, that the benefits are significant.  They are, in order of priority:

1. It takes a village.  It takes all members of the team to make sure all water glasses stay full.  It’s a timing and priority thing.  And, what comes around, goes around.

2. Keeping water glasses full creates presence, and thereby, hopefully, hyper-vigilance.  That’s the goal.  Increasing the likelihood that the T’s are crossed–that the creamer is full, the fork is replaced, etc.

3. Guests love the love.  Presence, and attention–the ongoing, metaphorical hug for our guests.

4. Very few others do it like we do it.  We strive to be better.  Everyday.

5. Exceeding expectations.  Half is, half.  Full is full.

Just sayin’
