Beverage lines are installed and run through the wall, the foh ceiling has been painted, the new bar is framed, new sparkling FRP had been installed in the rear kitchen, ceiling tiles are all replaced, the wall was removed where the hot water heater will go, menu specs are being written, the promo language is almost ready for release, as is the name, the GM and Chef are chosen and initial hiring is underway, signage is being ordered today and, beverage recipe confirmation and tasting begins…
Next, the list of everything that still needs to happen….Oy.
